Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States, Canada, and our international markets including the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 10-20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Clams Full of Pearls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Clams Full of Pearls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping We ship to customers internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
